Technical Sales Representative

Pumps & Motors of Belize Ltd. is seeking experienced and motivated sales professionals.

Responsibilities
• Make visits to customers
• Prepare quotations and email or hand deliver to the customer
• Prepare weekly reports on visits and telephone calls to clients for manager
• Manage and expedite sales orders to customers
• Offer products according to customer needs, developing a budget and an engineering study when required
• Follow up on quotations and close sale
• Create documents and offer scope for projects
• Address customer complaints
• Make contributions and allow customers the same discounts to some level authorized by management;
• Provide support services during the installation of equipment and serve as a channel of interaction between customer and company;
• Coordinate and schedule Technical Services pending installations
• Respect the client’s deployment policy as areas or as assigned by the sales manager of projects and technical services
• Complete records and follow established procedures for quality management manual
• Attend promotional events, training and advertising of BOMOHSA with customers
• Keep updated in all online training and other related training and courses
• Provide advice and support of all responsible and activities related to the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, processes, organizational goals and objectives are defined
• Comply with loyalty, responsibility, and dedication to achieve the provisions of the Quality Policy; Mission and Vision of Pumps and Motors of Belize Limited

Requirements

Associates Degree in Business Administration
5-7 years of work experience in related field
Ability to speak and write English proficiently (Spanish would be an asset)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Responsible, dependable, trustworthy, mature and confident
Detail oriented with high level of accuracy
Ability to work alone and meet deadlines
Excellent customer oriented skills
Effective organizational and planning skills
Self-motivated and multitasking skills
Strong math skills
Have vehicle for sales visits
Open to learning about product specifications and willing to self-train
Technical knowledge or experience in Pumping or Electrical field would be an asset
