PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales
- Attend to in-house and floor sales;
- Administers sales order process including:
– Issuance of detailed quotations and proposals;
– Acknowledge purchase orders and send Quotations to customers;
– Prepare and process sales orders;
– Update and maintain delivery/shipment schedule;
– Coordinate shipments to/from customers;
– Coordinate delivery and/or installation with customers;
– Communicate with Supervisor regarding orders and delivery status;
- Execute telephone sales to wholesale and retail clients;
- Maintains current and accurate customer files and information;
- Coordinates sales and marketing plan using SAP software;
- Coordinates outside sales persons’ activities/visits/training schedules;
- Coordinate outside sales force activities and serve as in-house support for outside sales force customers;
- Maintain open communication channel with sales associates to ensure proper performance and development of sales activities.
Customer Service
- Attend to all walk-in customers, customer calls and emails in a prompt manner;
- Follow up with sales quotes and customer complaints;
- Act as liaison between customers, sales persons and other departments within the organization to help ensure customer satisfaction.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education
- A minimum of an Associate Degree in Business Administration or Marketing is acceptable.
Work Experience
- At least three years relevant work experience in sales and customer service field.
