About Hofius/Ace Hardware

Hofius has an opening for a Personal Assistant/Buyer under the direction of the Managing Director.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide personal assistance to the Managing Director and CEO
  • Provide support to the company in the area of supply chain management and ordering
  • Inputting of information into inventory data base
  • Purchasing and corresponding with external vendors
  • Support to the retail and wholesale operations
  • Manage social media and marketing

Persons with the following qualifications may apply:

  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree
  • Competent in MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in the field of office administration/secretarial work
  • Have experience in social media and marketing
  • Understanding of inventory management
  • Ability to supervise other staff members
  • Be prepared to travel locally and internationally
  • Experience in purchasing with overseas vendors is a plus

  • Quick learner and thinker
  • Be adverse in multi-tasking
