The Operations Supervisor
Duties:
- Reviews daily inventory movement and verifies that there are no shortages or surpluses, or any operations performed wrongly
- Inspects all daily operations and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ensures maximum security and safety conditions
- Supervises employees and coordinate personnel schedules and activities
- Participates in all training courses and contingency drills
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 5 years of experience in maintenance, production and industrial safety or 10 years of experience if educational requirements are not met
- Knowledge of ISO 9000
- Experience in health and safety management
- Proactive
- Strong leadership skills
- Detail and task oriented
- Strong team player
