The Non-Executive Director is a member of the Board of Directors and brings an independent perspective, external knowledge and skills to challenge and advice on behalf of ATGlobal Consulting Services Ltd. This role is to share in the responsibility for the governance and performance of the company in meeting both strategic and operational objectives.

Primary Responsibilities and Goals

• Act as a liaison with the IFSC on behalf of this company in case of any audits or questions which may arise
• Handle licensing issues
• Correspond with the registered agent on behalf of this entity

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree (or Masters level, or to demonstrate an equivalent qualification or level of experience)
• Expertise in Financial Services Industry
• Managerial or leadership responsibility
• Background in Finance and accountancy
• Position is full time but our preference would be someone who has retired or is doing their own business as the responsibilities for the position are minimal at the onset
